Changjun Liu, PhD, professorate senior engineer. He is currently the director of the Engineering Department of the Research Center on Flood and Drought Disaster Reduction at China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research (IWHR), and director of technology department National Flash Flood Disaster Prevention Project Team.
Mainly engaged in mountain flood prevention and control, flood control works safety and evaluation, soil erosion calculation and analysis, etc.Hosted or participated in the completion of 3 international cooperation projects, 1 World Bank loan project, the national "11th Five-Year Plan", "13th Five-Year Plan". There are 3 science and technology support projects, more than 20 scientific research projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Finance and other ministries, and provincial departments. More than 50 research projects or consulting projects; Preside over the compilation of 1 industry norms, participate in the compilation of the national mountain flood disaster prevention project. 5 major projects of the Ministry of Water Resources, including the construction project of rural grass-roots flood control forecast and early warning system, were compiled.
