Li Changzhi, PhD, professor level senior engineer, flood control and disaster mitigation expert, hydraulic and river dynamics major, Sichuan University.
Dr. Li has long been engaged in the research of flood management, flood risk analysis, mountain flood disaster prevention and control, urban flood and water logging, soil and water conservation ecological environment construction and other aspects. Participated in the national flood risk map compilation, the mountain torrent disaster prevention and control work of the project, to undertake project reservoir, the key technologies of the flash flood risk assessment evaluation documents writing and corresponding pilot work, presided over the hunan, guangxi and other provinces area of mountain torrent disaster analysis evaluation project work, chaired or participated in the Beijing, Inner Mongolia, fujian and other provinces (municipalities) parts of the soil erosion dynamic monitoring projects; Participated in a number of ADB projects such as the national flood management strategy research. He has written a large number of research reports, published more than 90 papers, participated in the compilation of 3 monographs, and won the Dayu Water Conservancy Science and Technology Special Prize and the first prize of the Ministry of Water Resources once.
